I ran 3 barefoot miles tonight, it was 32 degrees, really nice and crisp. A warm 32 degrees believe it or not, makes no sense but it does to me. Anyways I used to run barefoot in the dark a lot, and it’s really fun. I think anyone in the beginning stages of barefoot running should take advantage of running barefoot in the dark, you relax more because you can’t really see what’s on the ground so you won’t tense up if you see some gravel or stones in your path. You will just glide over things more easily.
