Marathon Training – Week 9

Into week 9 and this is how my training has been going.  Nothing special, averaging around 30 miles a week which is my normal marathon mileage.  Being this far in training there is one thing I was hoping to be doing by now, and that is a 10 miler mid-week run with some consistency, and obviously that has not been happening.  Getting a long-ish run like that during the week is so beneficial, for one it would increase my weekly mileage, and it would also make the long run a bit easier, in theory it sounds good, too bad I haven’t tested this theory out for myself.  In time…
