It’s December 1st…

….and I took a 6 mile barefoot run this morning in the rain, leaving the house with shorts on,  really strange weather for Connecticut, but I am  not complaining.    It was 50 degrees this morning, it really has been a mild fall so far,  this is just the quiet before the storm before the winter chill hits hard!   who knows…

  1. I thought you’d disappeared off the interwebs! Hope your little lad is feeling better.

My feet are back in shoes for the time being, only coming out when I can get out in the sunshine – you’re a tougher man than me.

Olivia's first go at soccer. When you work right next door to a Crossfit gym, what else to do on break? Happy Easter! Spring running, goodbye winter gear. Just me and my girl. 7.1 mile barefoot run. Time: 103. Pace: 8.57. A little fishing with the boys. Can't stay inside forever on this cold, rainy spring day.
#runbarefootintherain Heading home during my run and I see this guy standing in the middle of the road with a tripod and camera. This was about as random as you can get. Having fun on my nephews drum kit.
