Unfortunally looks like my barefoot running days are done for now, or at least going to be very scarce. I hope to throw in some barefoot shorter runs during the week, just to keep some kind of conditioning going.
My early morning run started at 5:30am, 18 degress out, I did not wear socks with my Vibrams, unfortunately or fortunately I have no room to wears socks with my sprints. I personally don’t like socks with Vibrams. It was a great run, average pace 8:33, by the time i hit mile 8 I did feel some slight coldness to my toes, but nothing major. It’s very early to be seeing the temps in the teens, it might be a wicked winter.
