I ran 13 miles, this is my first “long” run to start off marathon training. I have heard said before, if you are in funk go out for a nice long run, it tends to re-fuel the engines. Overall the run went great, I started out to fast, again. During training I really want to run my long runs slower, it does have some benefits.
It was 31 degrees, the sun was shining bright which was great. I wore Vibram sprints.
