Barefoot run – 20 degrees

Out the door at 5:30am for a 4.5 barefoot run, 20 degrees.   Was totally blown away how comfortable this run was.  I honestly felt my feet warm up about 10 minutes into the run.  I could have gone longer, but had to get home to get ready for work.

I was very reserved this past winter when it came to barefoot running, wish I wasn’t.  But then again we snow storms it seemed like every week.  I have barefoot goal brewing,  running a full year barefoot, yes even through winter.
