Back in the Saddle

Feeling 100% better now,  had a nice run 5 mile run this morning.  25 degrees out,  it is spring right?    I have been running barefoot in temps averaging from 32 – 25 degrees within this month of March.   I just realized how comfortable I have adapted to running in cold temperatures.  My feet are not as sensitive to the certain texture of the roads, and I don’t experience numbness.  It was only 5 miles but still pleased about the tolerance.
