Sunday I ran 14 miles, I wanted to make it 16, but didn’t. Felt really strong on this run, was having some gastro issues though before the run. Dehydration right there. Anyways I can feel the effects of running long, my body is started to feel stronger, and recovery is quicker.
I feel good about the up coming marathon, I ran very low mileage, but am very healthy. God willing he keeps me that way until I line up at the starting line.
