First barefoot run in 80 degrees

I usually run very early in the mornings, but today i got out of work early and ran at 2:00pm.   I ran for 9 barefoot miles, and it was 80 degrees, i do love the heat, running in it can be tough but i do enjoy it.  I did hit some streets that i could really feel the heat, but nothing to extreme.  I ran some off road paths as well,  these trails take me along the sound, and marshes.  It was low tided and i ran on a path of broken reeds, really cool feeling.   There was a guy walking his dog, and i swear at times i think people get worried when they see a guy running barefoot, he just had this concern look, haha!

Olivia's first go at soccer. When you work right next door to a Crossfit gym, what else to do on break? Happy Easter! Spring running, goodbye winter gear. Just me and my girl. 7.1 mile barefoot run. Time: 103. Pace: 8.57. A little fishing with the boys. Can't stay inside forever on this cold, rainy spring day.
#runbarefootintherain Heading home during my run and I see this guy standing in the middle of the road with a tripod and camera. This was about as random as you can get. Having fun on my nephews drum kit.
