Ran 5 barefoot miles in the pouring rain this morning, love those runs, especially when it’s warm, but very painful as well. My right foot seems to be getting worse as time goes on. A week ago today I dropped a steel pole directly on top of my foot, which I explained in a previous post. Going to the foot doctor for an x-ray, I just want to make sure I didn’t crack the top of my foot, or damage a metatarsal. I am sure it’s very deep bruise, hopefully.
I should stop running, but I have ran with all type of injuries. Why do I do this? Why not, you can’t run with pleasure all the time, might as well experience running with pain and injuries, it’s a good learn tool.
