Trail Run.

Ran 5.5 miles on this trail that is a mixture of limestone, gravel, and dirt.   This is my go to route when the soles need more stimulation.   Today, the day after the run, my feet are feeling it, but in a good way.   Took me 51 minutes on this run, much slower pace, but the elements are more rigorous than running on pavement.   This was the longest i ran on this trail, so far.    Great run, great workout for the feet.
