3 mile barefoot run

Today I got in 3 miles, first run in 27 days.  I still have tendon discomfort on top of foot, but the most important thing is my ankle is not giving out,  it can support weight, and I notice the tendons are healing in that area.   It was a beautiful sunny 48 degree fall day, and it felt great to be out there.    Definitely need to take this slow, I have allot of work to go until I feel strong again.

  1. Foot pain is definitely the pits. You are right on to take it slow….. there is nothing like injury to get you pulling your hair out!
