Great barefoot run today, 43 degrees and sunny. My first 5 mile barefoot run in 36 days, and it felt great. I ran a few trails as well for about a half mile, cold, wet, slushy mud felt refreshing on the feet. I got in a little Movnat workout as well, picking up some logs and walking around with them, alternating shoulders, and some pull-ups on a tree limb. Foot still not 100% but getting better.
