The Turkish Get up

You want the ultimate full body conditioning exercise for any type of sport or activity, well the Turkish Get Up is the one. I just started doing these this week, form is extremely important! You will never have to worry about doing another ab exercise again, the Turkish Get Up hits every ab muscle as well as every muscle in the body.
